Richard Broderick recently retired from his position as Superintendent of the Northeastern Local School District in Springfield, OH. He had a 35-year career in education, including 17 years as a building principal at the middle school and elementary level, 10 years in central office administration, and 8 years as Superintendent. He was appointed to serve on the Governor's Council on Juvenile Justice (Ohio's State Advisory Group) in 2006 and to serve on the Federal Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice in 2011. In addition, he serves on the Board for Mental Health Services of Clark and Madison Counties. Mr. Broderick received a bachelor's degree in education from Miami University and a master's degree in educational administration from the University of Dayton.
