PRIMARY MEMBERS

Robin (Rob) L. Lubitz (AZ)
Robin (Rob) Lubitz is the retired Director of Juvenile Justice Services for the Arizona Supreme Court (Administrative Office of the Courts). He previously served as the State Court Administrator for the Florida Supreme Court, Deputy Director of the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts, Director of the North Carolina Governor's Crime Commission, Director of the North Carolina Sentencing and Policy Advisory Commission, Associate Director of the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing, and Deputy Administrator for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Mr. Lubitz is a published novelist and currently serves on several juvenile justice and court-related boards, committees, and commissions. As a member of the Arizona Juvenile Justice Commission, he is co-chair of the Legislation and Rules Committee and serves on the Executive Committee and the Planning and Grants Committee.
